The Grand Theft Auto IV soundtrack includes a total of nineteen radio stations (all but one station, Integrity 2.0, are available from the start of the game); sixteen music radio stations and three talk radio stations.
The music selection in this Grand Theft Auto soundtrack is even broader than previous games, featuring not only classic Grand Theft Auto genres like hip hop, rock and funk, but also a radio station exclusively dedicated to eastern european popular music.

There have been four trailers released for the game, each with GTA 4 trailer music taken from various radio stations heard in the game.
Rockstar Games, the game developers behind the Grand Theft Auto series, has released a special CD with selected songs from this Grand Theft Auto soundtrack. This soundtrack CD is called The Music of Grand Theft Auto IV.
The "The Lost and Damned" DLC adds more contents to the following radio stations:
The Beat 102.7 - Two new shows, The Statik Selektah show and The Funkmaster Flex show, and a total of 15 new songs are added.
Liberty City Hardcore - A new show hosted by DJ Max Cavalera with 10 new songs is added.
Liberty Rock Radio - 18 new songs are added.
Radio Broker - 12 new songs are added.
WKTT Talk Radio - A new talk show, The Martin Serious Show, is added.
