About Flash FM:
Flash FM, the home of pop music in Vice City, and the radio station on this Grand Theft Auto soundtrack to listen to for those who know that 25 is the new 40. After all, pop music is what makes Vice City great, at least according to station co-host Toni.
The radio station is hosted by girls-about-town Teri and Toni, a duo with an intense rivalry where they are trying to beat each other when it comes to being flashy. Toni is also the host of Flash FM on the Vice City Grand Theft Auto soundtrack, set in 1986, and the host of Flashback 95.6 (a station playing only 1980s pop music) on the Grand Theft Auto III soundtrack, set in 2001 (or thereabouts).
In addition to Pat Benatar, who also appears with the song "We Belong" on the Vice City Stories radio station Emotion 98.3, several artists on this station's soundtrack appear on the Vice City Grand Theft Auto soundtrack for Flash FM (set in 1986):
* Hall & Oates with the song "Out Of Touch",
* INXS with "Kiss The Dirt (Falling Down The Mountain)",
* Laura Branigan with "Self Control",
* Talk Talk with "Life's What You Make It", and
* Wang Chung with "Dance Hall Days"
